2008-09-03 AURA Dips into the Zarasas Lake
On September 6, 2008, 21:40 AURA will present its production Aseptic Zone or Lithuanian Songs in Zarasai in Northern Lithuania. The town in the Lake District has won the contest Lithuanian Cultural Capital 2008 and there will be some 2000 performers showing their works during the three day event Water as Live Culture.
2008-09-01 18th IMDF
AURA is proud and glad to announce that the 18th International Modern Dance Festival will take place in the beginning of October. From September 30 to October 6, 2008 the audiences in Kaunas, the harbour town Klaipeda and Vilnius will have an opportunity to see productions from Lithuania and abroad. 2008-08-05 AURA Dances for the Little Mermaid
On September 3-6, 2008 AURA as the only Lithuanian dance troupe will participate in a choreography competition held at Dansescenen in Copenhagen, Denmark. The organizers have selected a fragment from Aseptic Zone or Lithuanian Songs for this contest. Birute Letukaite will also attend the keðja seminar Education and the Skills of the Choreographer held in parallel to the competition.
