2010-04-21 E-music festival in Kaunas will be opened by a unique dance project
April 25 – May 7 is the date of traditional electronic music festival “Jauna muzika” (“Young music”) in Kaunas, Vilnius and Klaipeda that this year introduces with new name - “Gallery of sound”. According to organizers, the main tether of this year festival is “interdisciplinary that creates an assumption to discover multimedia where sound, image, music and body plastic interact.”
First two events of this year e-music festival will take place on 25th and 27th of April in Kaunas BLC Business Leader Centre “BLC and other art” hall (K. Donelaicio g. 62 / V. Putvinskio g.). Two creative projects will open distinctive contact between sound and movement art and meaning of modern technology in development of electronic music. Both projects are arranged together with Kaunas Dance Theatre AURA which participates already second time in this festival.
2010-03-25 Performance "Dream No. 5" presented with Fortuna
On 25th of March during a solemn event in Kaunas town hall to commemorate International Theatre Day The Fortuna Awards were handed.
2010-03-20 AURA at 12th International Kassel Dance Festival
On 20th of March Kaunas Dance Theatre AURA appeared at 12th International Kassel Dance Festival. AURA dancers have produced two performances - “Tabula Rasa” and “Interiors”.
